How it works
Beginning any program can be a daunting task! It is our goal to make things as streamlined and simple as possible. More than anything we want you to be successful and safe. We are able to provide value by helping you achieve results!
Everyone has a different starting point based upon your level of familiarity with CrossFit, weightlifting, running, gymnastics, etc. If you are familiar with CrossFit and our movements then you can proceed to the second section and sign up for our group classes.
If you are unfamiliar with CrossFit, our movements and methodology, or if you are getting back into “fitness” we recommend a free intro and/or our Elements class.

Elements
It's time to learn the fundamentals! This package will set you up for success. It is a more in-depth education on the CrossFit methodology. Not only will you learn but you will put your knowledge to work in a tailored workout at the end of each session.
No-Sweat Free Intro
Meet us at CrossFit New Kent and we can discuss what your goals are and how we can help you get there!
If you are familiar with CrossFit, have completed Elements or have had your free intro class, below are the options for our group class memberships.
Discounts on monthly plans are also available for Couples (10%) and the Service Professions (15%) just ask us for the link
Niner
With this plan you can come to 9 classes a month. This is a good plan to get your feet wet with any of our programming.
12 Pack
This plan gives you access to 12 classes a month. Whether it be Yoga, open gym or Crossfit, you can use a class to reserve your spot.
Unlimited
Unlimited access to ALL CrossFit classes, open gym times, strength times, and Yoga. If you want to live, breath and eat fitness. This is the one.
Drop-In
Good for one Day! Extended stay options are available as well.
Punch Card
With this you are purchasing 10 classes to be used whenever you like and they are good for 1 year. If you prefer to use these strictly for Yoga or any of our other offerings such as open gym times this will give you access to that as well as our programming.
CrossFit Kids (Ages 6-12)
At CrossFit New Kent, our Kids program is all about fun, fitness, and confidence. Designed for ages 6 to 12, these classes use games, age-appropriate strength training, and skill-building to help kids develop coordination, balance, and body awareness — all in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Whether your child is brand new to movement or already active, CrossFit Kids helps them burn off energy in a constructive way while learning to love exercise. Bonus for homeschool families: we offer convenient daytime class options to fit your flexible schedule.
For Summer starting August 1, classes run Tuesdays & Fridays at 9:30-10:30
No-Sweat Intro
In CrossFit, newcomers are welcomed with open arms, regardless of their fitness level or background, and are encouraged to progress at their own pace. Sign-up for a free no-sweat intro to meet and discuss your fitness goals.
